Please try on and inspect your purchase carefully once you have received your item.
If your purchase arrives faulty, please retain all tags and packaging and email a description of the fault along with photographs of the item and packaging within 5 business days of delivery date. The fault will then be logged and the return procedure will be instructed, offering a repair, exchange or refund.
Wear & Tear
Return requests cannot be accommodated due to general wear and tear once the product has been worn.
Please note that due to the vintage nature of these components, a certain degree of imperfection should be considered part of the charm and history embedded in these designs. However, If you do experience any issues, please email as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to rectify any issues as promptly as possible.
Processing & Delivery
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.
Deliveries are sent between the business hours of 9am - 5pm AEST Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 3-10 days from the time of shipment. A flat rate of $10 applies to all shipments within Australia
International deliveries can be expected to arrive within 10-15 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location, and attract a flat rate of $30 for deliveries outside of Australia.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
